Formed Head
Special machines for fabricating formed heads of Trung Tin Co. Ltd include:
- Hydraulic pressing machines from 100 tons to 400 tons , capable of pressing heads with diameter up to 8000 mm.
-Flanging machines for fabricating formed head with diameter from 219 to 10000 mm , and the maximum thickness up to 32 millimeters.
- Rotary machines for leveling / beveling the inside / outside edges of formed heads in accordance with the customers’s requirement .
FORMED HEADS OF TRUNG TIN CO. LTD. HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES :
- Designed and manufactured to ASME standard ( E 2:1 ).
- Material has certificate of origin and adequate thickness.
- formed heads ( diameter from 114 to 790 mm ) are manufactured by direct pressing method , which improves the appearance and reduces considerably the decrease in material thickness .
- formed heads are leveled or beveled the weld edges according to the customer requirement , which considerably reduces the time of fit-up and grinding.
